In other words, if you spend all day day dreaming about a girl, creating scenarios in your head about them, thinking about ways to ask them out and pretending that they said "yes" and thinking about how great it would be in they were your girlfriend, you will be extremely crushed if they reject you. Simply take a interest in someone and live your life. Do not make them the center of your life. If you get rejected it might hurt but you will move on. That is why it is important to not wait too long to find out if they feel the same way about you. Get used to rejection... do not fear it.
